We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience working with Diamond Cut Granite. From start to finish, Jeremy was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve exactly what we envisioned for our kitchen. After going back and forth with two other companies (both of which ultimately dropped us because they said the job was too difficult) we were relieved to find Jeremy. He immediately understood what we wanted and assured us it could be done. Not only did he succeed, but he exceeded our expectations. He fabricated our entire quartzite countertop as a single, seamless piece, while the other companies wanted to use three to four seams. His skill and confidence made all the difference. Jeremy also referred us to several excellent suppliers for the quartzite, all of whom offered high-quality materials at very reasonable prices. Throughout the entire process, he was quick to respond to our questions, patient, and never made us feel pressured. Installation day was just as impressive. The crew was fantastic, and his fabricator is truly an artist! He matched the countertop to the backsplash beautifully. Jeremy was present and overseeing every step of the installation, ensuring everything was done to perfection. We continue to receive endless compliments on how stunning our kitchen looks. It has now been a little over a year since the installation, and everything is still in perfect condition. We HIGHLY recommend this company. There is absolutely no doubt in our minds we would choose them again without hesitation.

I can’t say enough in what a great job they did from start to finish. Amazing prices. When they say they will be there or they are going to do something they do and are very prompt. They showed up on time did an excellent job on removal and install and cleaned up after the job was complete!!! Highly recommend them!!!

The installers did a great job with installation and finished in one day. All-in-all a smooth process for new counter tops. We were going to have one of the big box stores handle the whole counter top replacement process. We went in to one of the stores where it took a while for someone to help us, when they did we picked out the one we liked and they said someone will call us to do measurements. Well, we never heard from them. And then after two more times of trying, (and over a month of waiting) we started looking for someone else to do the work. Enter in Diamond Cut Granite. Our good friend recommended them. My wife texted Jemery and got an immediate response. They were at our house within a day to measure. They handled everything including the kitchen sink. We were replacing that too and they referred me to a cabinet specialist for the install. We started the process the week before Christmas. We never thought that we'd be finished before Christmas. However, Jemery assured us that if we could pick out the counter tops that we wanted, they could do the install before Christmas. Well, we went to pick out what ended up being quarts counters. We went to this large warehouse to find the counters we wanted. There were literally tons of granite and quarts to choose from. We were a little overwhelmed and no one was really helping us. So were relied on Diamond Cut Granite once again. We were texting back and forth regarding price and material, getting his input which helped us make our decision. He even called the supplier to get someone to help us. After we chose the counter top material, he scheduled the sink prep work and then the counter install. It had to happen in those stages. Everything went according to plan. On the actual day of the install, they came in the morning around 9:00. They took out the old counters and started the replacing them one by one. They were done before noon the day before Christmas Eve. Everything looked great! Once the counters were installed I tried to install the faucet, which I did myself. I noticed that there was not enough room to install it due to the sink back being too close to the hole that they drilled out of the counter. So I took a picture and sent it to Jemery. He responded quickly and said that he would be over right away. After assessing the hole, he made a call and got one of his guys out to fix the issues. This was on Christmas Eve! The fix worked and the job was well done! Jemery is super responsive and the work is top notch. In the time it would have taken to coordinate a measurement with the big box store, we had the whole replacement and install completed by going with Diamond Cut Granite. I highly recommend them! Oh and the price was exactly what he quoted. So there was no fuzzy math or fees. Very pleased!
